C&N has recently completed the shipment of a batch of ASTM A182 F51 duplex stainless steel flanges to a client in the United Arab Emirates. The order mainly included weld neck and blind flanges in raised face (RF) design, rated for Class 600LB, and fully compliant with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 requirements for sour service applications.
These flanges were specified for use in an offshore oil and gas project where resistance to corrosion in H2S environments is essential. Before packing, each piece underwent positive material identification (PMI), chemical composition verification, and detailed marking with heat numbers and specifications. The final inspection confirmed everything met the required standards.
We take care to perform these tests in-house to ensure material traceability and reliability. The flanges were then carefully packaged and shipped on schedule.
