1. Material Overview
GH3030 (also known as GH30, equivalent to Russian ЭИ435) is an 80Ni-20Cr solid-solution strengthened superalloy standardized under GB/T 14992. It relies on chromium and nickel solution strengthening without precipitation hardening, delivering exceptional high-temperature oxidation resistance, structural stability, and thermal fatigue performance. The alloy offers stable mechanical properties up to 800°C in continuous service and resists short-term peaks up to 900°C. Free from aging brittleness and intergranular sensitization, it combines easy fabrication, excellent weldability, and consistent batch quality at a competitive cost.

2. Product Range
- Forged fittings & flanges: elbows, tees, reducers, caps, anchor flanges (NPS 1/2–60, SCH10–SCH160).

3. Heat Treatment & Mechanical Properties
- Solution annealing: 980–1020°C, air cooling or water quenching (no aging required).
- Room-temperature tensile strength: ≥750 MPa
- 0.2% yield strength: ≥300 MPa
- Elongation: ≥40%
- Brinell hardness: ≤190 HB
- 700°C tensile strength: ≥295 MPa
- 700°C elongation: ≥30%
- Density: 8.2 g/cm³ | Service range: -196°C to 800°C (900°C short-term)
