1. Material Overview

2. Product Range

  • Forged fittings & flanges: elbows, tees, reducers, caps, anchor flanges (NPS 1/2–60, SCH10–SCH160).
  • Seamless tubes & pipes: OD 16–720 mm, WT 3–90 mm, cut-to-length available.
  • Plates, sheets & bars: thick plates, cold-rolled sheets, round and flat bars for structural parts and fastener blanks.
  • Custom forgings: furnace rollers, nozzle bushings, ring forgings, aerospace low-load components.

3. Heat Treatment & Mechanical Properties

  • Solution annealing: 980–1020°C, air cooling or water quenching (no aging required).
  • Room-temperature tensile strength: ≥750 MPa
  • 0.2% yield strength: ≥300 MPa
  • Elongation: ≥40%
  • Brinell hardness: ≤190 HB
  • 700°C tensile strength: ≥295 MPa
  • 700°C elongation: ≥30%
  • Density: 8.2 g/cm³ | Service range: -196°C to 800°C (900°C short-term)

4. Core Advantages

7. Quality Assurance

At C&N, Every batch receives PMI spectral verification, mechanical testing, 100% UT/MT non-destructive inspection, and dimensional calibration. All products are delivered with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates and permanent laser marking for full traceability.
