According to ASME B36.19M, Loading stainless pipes into a container can be done using the following steps:

Prepare the container: Ensure that the container is clean and free from any debris or obstacles. Check that the container is in good condition and suitable for transporting the stainless pipes.

Organize the pipes: Sort and organize the stainless pipes according to their sizes and lengths. This will make it easier to load them efficiently into the container.

Use proper lifting equipment: Depending on the weight and size of the stainless pipes, use appropriate lifting equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or hoists to safely handle and load them into the container.

Secure the pipes: Use suitable securing materials like straps or chains to prevent the pipes from shifting or falling during transportation. This will ensure the safety of both the pipes and the container.

Stack the pipes strategically: Start by placing larger and heavier pipes at the bottom of the container, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Then stack smaller and lighter pipes on top, making sure to create stable layers to minimize movement.

Fill any gaps: If there are gaps between the pipes or between the pipes and the container walls, use fillers like foam or wooden blocks to prevent shifting during transit.

Double-check and secure: Before closing the container, double-check that all pipes are properly secured and there is no excessive movement. Close and seal the container securely.

Remember to follow proper safety protocols and guidelines when handling heavy objects and operating lifting equipment.
